He / She is responsible to delegate tasks, present reports and analysis, conduct briefings and meetings, participate in company activities and motivate team to improve performance.

The person who is competent in this competency shall be able to conduct outbound briefing sessions to a team, conduct meetings between outbound team and management, present report analysis to a team, management and client, and facilitate knowledge sharing sessions among outbound teams

The outcome of this CU is to manage outbound facilitation activities and deliver knowledge acquired to the team as per guideline
