Penerangan CUThis Competency Unit title describes the competency in Outbound Management.

He / She is responsible in identifying elements of resource management, competencies for managing resources , methodology of change management and potential technology advancement, executing change management, and performing benchmarking according to standard operating guidelines.

The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to manage resources in a contact center, manage operational changes, evaluate outbound technology advancements and perform benchmarking for performance excellence.

The outcome of this competency is to manage outbound activities and recommend potential technology advancement as per guideline in the contact center.
