Jidoka or autonomation is means intelligent automation or humanized automation. In practice, it means that an automated process is sufficiently aware of itself. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to identify product Quality requirement, promote Jidoka in equipment and process, and adopt Jidoka in Standardized Work (SW) activities. The outcome of this competency is to respond if any abnormalities situations arise. |
