Tool is any physical item that can be used to achieve a goal, especially if the item is not consumed in the process. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to confirm andon (visual control) system, confirm poka-yoke operation and confirm “fixed pitch stop” operation. The outcome of this competency is to identify problems in the production line with only a glance. |
