| Penerangan CU | This Competency Unit title describes the competency in Supervisory Function. He / She is responsible to assessing, monitoring, supervising and train the employee and staff in LPS technical and rules as per company regulation. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to assess, monitor, supervise, carry out and coordinate new or existing employees training on LPS according to Safety, Health and Environmental compliance and Material and Information Flow Chart (MIFC). The outcome of this CU is the employee and staffs are supervised by good LPS culture for smooth operation and zero down time. |
