| Penerangan CU | The CU title describes the competency in laundry & linen service. Laundry & linen services is responsible for providing an adequate, clean and constant supply of linen to related department in hotel. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to collect soiled linen, wash soiled linen, drying, ironing, pressing and folding, rectify defective items, store and distribute washed linen and record laundry and linen activities The outcome of this competency is to operate laundry equipment safely, complete laundering process for hotel linen and use resources efficiently in accordance with company policy and SOP. The personnel who are to be competent in this competency must in prior have the following competencies:- i. Not Applicable. |
