He or She is the person who involves in monitoring of overall operation activities and review the quality of all factors involved in operation. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to identify laundry operation control requirements, plan laundry operation control activities, carry out laundry quality control and prepare laundry operation control activities report. The outcome of this competency is to provide proficient personnel to ensure the entire process has taken place with the proper counter check and monitoring in accordance with company Standard Operating Procedures.
