| Penerangan CU | The LPS training management is the competency in ensuring, coordinating, conducting, and evaluating reports for all LPS material flow related activities. Training is the acquisition of knowledge, skills and competencies as a result of the teaching of vocational or practical skills and knowledge that relate to specific useful competencies. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to ensure training needs analysis activities, coordinate LPS training, conduct LPS induction / training for new employee / existing employee, and evaluate LPS training effectiveness. The outcome of this competency is to ensure the LPS training is manage accordingly to LPS guidelines in order to achieve the company expectation. |
