| Penerangan CU | The LPS visualization management is the competency in monitoring, ensuring, and managing reports for all LPS material flow related activities. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to monitor LPS planning, monitor LPS systematic kaizen / LPS Small Group Activity (SGA) activity / project, ensure compliance to LPS visualization management, and manage brainstorming action plan. The outcome of this competency is to ensure the capability of transforming the visualization (method of displaying current performance and activities at a glance. ‘Easy to see and easy to judge’ concept) finding into action taken for better improvement or maintain the LPS condition |
