| Penerangan CU | The Kaizen project management is the competency in establishing, verifying, monitoring, and presenting reports for all LPS material flow related activities. Kaizen is means improvement or change for the best. It’s continuous improvement of process in manufacturing, engineering, and business management. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to establish kaizen team, verify kaizen project proposal, verify kaizen improvement requirement, monitor kaizen project implementation, and present final project. |

| Objektif Pembelajaran | The outcome of this competency is to implement kaizen in the factory according to audit finding, visualization management and other related information/ instruction. Verify kaizen improvement requirement. 4. Monitor kaizen project implementation. 5. Present final project. |
