| Penerangan CU | The Jidoka system validation is the competency in conducting, verifying, and analysing reports for all LPS material flow related activities. Validation is independent procedures that are used together for checking that system meets requirement and specifications. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to conduct manage process/product troubleshooting, verify improvement activities, analyse standard time, verify Standardized Work Combination Table (SWCT), and verify tools application. The outcome of this competency is to ensure the Jidoka concept is used in order to prevent machine downtime or/and defect occur during the operation. |
