It is to ensure, strategize and administer the dive centre no=down risks and treats complying to customers benefits The person who is competent in Risk & rescue management shall be able to assess SCUBA dive risk & rescue activities, prepare SCUBA dive risk & rescue mitigation, administer risk & rescue arrangement, manage risk & rescue remediation and manage risk & rescue management documentation. The outcome of this competency is to enable rescue activities and mitigated strategy oversight the no-down risks & treats of diving activities |
