| Penerangan CU | Diving research & development is the blue ocean strategy for dive centre operation to manage research & development activities for better and latest product advancements. The person who is competent in diving research & development shall be able to assess dive centre operation improvement measures, carry out feasibility study, manage experimental strategy, development, implement pilot scale programs, evaluate technology/engineering performance and documentation. The outcome of this competency is the ability to conduct researches on dive business and operation for the purpose of continuous improvement and sustainability of an organisation. |
