He / She is responsible in coaching report, Key Performance Index (KPI) report and analysis, and subordinates adherence reporting.

The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to gather information, produce support report, analyze performance information statistics and handle support assignment as per (SOP)

The outcome of this CU is to perform reporting activities and performance analysis and adhere to SOP requirement
