Also involve in the staff development and appraisal The person who is competent in waste handling shall be able to prepare job schedule, process monitoring and verification, appraise staff performance and conduct in house training programme The outcome of this CU is to equip the personnel with supervisory skill to ensure bioconversion process run smoothly, well prepared and managed to achieve standard requirement. |
