| Penerangan CU | Equipment & materials inventory control is to maintain optimum inventory to be able to meet its requirements and avoid over or under inventory that can impact the financial figures in accordance with company’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and policy. The personnel who are competent in inventory management shall be able to identify inventory management requirements, plan inventory management activities, coordinate stock take, perform inventory management and report inventory management activities. The outcome of this competency is to ensure that items are available when they are needed and keeping track of existing inventory and its use. |
