The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to identify operation control requirements, perform operation activities, perform operation control, evaluate operation control effectiveness and report operation control activities. The outcome of this competency is to conduct and reduce general laboratory operation performance gap in accordance with company’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and company’s policy. |
