| Penerangan CU | This competency unit describes the skills, knowledge and attitude requirements in HR planning assistance. The role of human resource planning assistant is to assists Staffing Manager in performing a continuous process of human resource planning under a changing condition in order to achieve staffing objectives. The person who is competent in HR planning assistance will be able to develop skills and Management Inventory,maintain HR Planning Information Bank, perform occupational skills standard development and perform manpower costing activities in accordance with organisational requirement. The outcome of this CU is to meet occupational skills standard which incorporate the skills, knowledge and attitude to be delivered systematically. |
