| Penerangan CU | This competency unit describes the skills, knowledge and attitude requirements in HR selection management assistance. The role of HR selection management assistant is to assist Staffing Manager in managing selection function in order to achieve staffing objectives. The person who is competent in HR selection management assistance will be able to perform application blanks screening, perform HR Selection tests, arrange selection health screening,organize HR selection interview and administer HR selection record in accordance with organisational requirement.The outcome of this CU is to meet occupational skills standard which incorporate the skills, knowledge and attitude to be delivered systematically. |
