| Penerangan CU | This competency unit describes the skills, knowledge and attitude requirements in HR hiring & deployment management assistance. The role of HR hiring & deployment management assistant is to assist Staffing Manager in hiring and deployment management in order to achieve staffing objectives. The person who is competent in HR hiring & deployment management assistance will be able to Prepare employment engagement documents, perform new employee statutory registration, perform new employee placement assistance and organize induction program in accordance with organisational requirement. The outcome of this CU is to meet occupational skills standard which incorporate the skills, knowledge and attitude to be delivered systematically. |
