| Penerangan CU | This competency unit describes the skills, knowledge and attitude requirements in contract for labour management assistance. The role of contract for labour management assistant is to assist Staffing Manager in administering contract for labour in order to achieve staffing objectives. The person who is competent in contract for labour management assistance will be able to prepare contract for labour supply engagement proposal, perform contract for labour costing, prepare contract for labour supply documents, and perform contract for labour supply invitation, selection and offer in accordance with related legislation and organisational requirement. The outcome of this CU is to meet occupational skills standard which incorporate the skills, knowledge and attitude to be delivered systematically. |

| Objektif Pembelajaran | The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to provide excellent contract for labour management assistance services in a way to ensure the achievement of the staffing departmental objectives. Prepare contract for labour supply documents. Perform contract for labour supply invitation, selection and offer. |
