to achieve staffing objectives.

competent in HR separation management assistance will be able to prepare unavoidable employee disengagement documentation, prepare
employment termination
documents, and perform
retrenchment management
assistance activities in
accordance with labour
legislation and organisational requirement.
The outcome of this CU is
to meet occupational skills
standard which incorporate
the skills, knowledge and
attitude to be delivered
systematically.
