Penerangan CU | This competency unit describes the skills, knowledge and attitude requirements in HR separation management assistance. The role of HR separation management assistant is to assist Staffing Manager in managing employee separation function in order to achieve staffing objectives. The person who is competent in HR separation management assistance will be able to prepare unavoidable employee disengagement documentation, prepare employment termination documents, and perform retrenchment management assistance activities in accordance with labour legislation and organisational requirement. The outcome of this CU is to meet occupational skills standard which incorporate the skills, knowledge and attitude to be delivered systematically. |

Objektif Pembelajaran | The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to provide excellent HR separation management assistance services in a way to ensure the achievement of the staffing objectives.
