| Penerangan CU | Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) Development is a process of preparing and producing policies, procedures, guidelines and forms to ensure that establishment’s documents are consistent, clear and well communicated. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to identify SOP development requirements, prepare SOP documentation, develop & revise SOP and report SOP development activities. The outcome of this competency is to develop comprehensive policies and procedures for the establishment in accordance with International Organisation for Standardisation (ISO), Environmental Act, Local Authorities and Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA) requirements. |
