| Penerangan CU | Quality Management is an activity to manage the quality of the products and process of the biotechnology general laboratory operation. The person who is competent in this competency unit shall be able to collect data regarding the quality of product and production process, analyse the process and product quality status, troubleshoot problem that cause the product defect/process problem and propose identified remedial actions. The outcome of this competency is to produce the quality processes and product through high quality standard in accordance with Standard Operating Procedure and stakeholder’s requirements. |
