| Penerangan CU | Rotifer culture is a scope of competency to perform rotifer culturing so that it can be used to feed larva. The person whom is competent in rotifer culture must be able to prepare culture tank, culture phytoplankton / alternative food in culture tank, inoculate rotifer in culture tank, execute rotifer harvesting activity and update rotifer harvesting checklist. The outcome of this competency is to properly prepare the tank and the feed for rotifer and monitor its density and then harvest it so that it can used to feed larva. |
