| Penerangan CU | Artemia culture is a scope of competency to perform Artemia culturing so that it can be used to feed larva. The person whom is competent in Artemia culture must be able to prepare Artemia incubator tank, carry out Artemia egg decapsulation, execute Artemia hatching process, harvest Artemia from incubator tank, monitor Artemia development, enrich Artemia with extra nutrient, execute Artemia harvesting activity and update Artemia harvesting checklist. The outcome of this competency is to properly prepare the tank, Artemia feed, Artemia enrichment and monitor its density and then harvest it so that it can used to feed larva. |
