The person whom is competent in juvenile growth handling must be able to prepare nursery tank, harvest newly moulted juvenile, carry out juvenile feeding, monitor juvenile development, conduct juvenile stress test and update juvenile handling checklist. The outcome of this competency is to handle and monitor the juvenile growth properly. |
