| Penerangan CU | Product conversion is a process to control and calculate production costing in the product production according to the planning and target set by the company. The person who is competent in this competency unit shall be able to coordinate machinery and equipment preparation, coordinate pre treatment, coordinate conversion process, monitor conversion process, evaluate conversion process, organise remedial action and produce conversion process report. The outcome of this competency is to select the formulation of conversion process and to ensure the operation are running smoothly, safely and meet the production target set by the company in accordance with Standard Operating Procedure and customer requirements. |
