The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to Initiate contact center project management, design a contact centre project, execute a contact center project, monitor a contact center project and present a contact center project management report. The outcome of this CU is to manage contact centre project efficiently for quality deliverables according to stakeholders expectation and project requirements. |
