He / She is responsible in developing project charter and project scope statement, estimating resource plan, project time and cost and project risk and measuring quality deliverables as per project requirements.

The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to Initiate contact center project management, design a contact centre project, execute a contact center project, monitor a contact center project and present a contact center project management report.

The outcome of this CU is to manage contact centre project efficiently for quality deliverables according to stakeholders expectation and project requirements.
