| Penerangan CU | Car rental payment arrangement outlines the work process of payment transaction via various modes of payment and car rental agreement preparation. The transaction is executed in compliance with company’s SOP and payment policy. The person who is competent in car rental payment arrangement shall be able to identify payment mode, perform credit card transaction, perform prepaid voucher transaction, perform corporate billing, prepare rental agreement and update car rental transaction filing. The outcome of this competency is to enable trainee to receive car rental payment and prepare rental agreement according to company’s SOP and payment policy. |
