| Penerangan CU | Car check-out & check-in arrangement is a work process in handing over rented car to customer and receiving of returned car from customer. This competency unit requires total compliance of car check-out & check-in procedures. The overall condition of the vehicle must be inspected before it is checked-out and re-inspected during check-in as to safeguard company and customer interest. The person who is competent in car check-out & check-in arrangement shall be able to inspect vehicle physical condition, perform car check-out, verify return car status from Expected-to-Return (ETR) file, perform car check-in and compute and close rental agreement. The outcome of this competency is to enable trainee to check-out & check-in vehicle according to company’s SOP and policy. |
