| Penerangan CU | Car Rental Sales & Marketing is a work process of executing sales & marketing activities. This competency unit deals with skills related to sales & marketing of products & services as to improve company’s performance and simultaneously generate higher sales volume. The person who is competent in car rental sales & marketing shall be able to identify potential customer, arrange meeting appointment, prepare sales and marketing kits, present service proposal and submit proposal documents for processing. The outcome of this competency is to enable trainee to execute sales & marketing strategies. Trainee is also expected to be knowledgeable in products and services offered by company as to achieve company’s target in sale and marketing in accordance with company’s set sales goals and marketing strategies. |
