| Penerangan CU | The CU title describes the competency in Supervisory Functions. Supervisors ensure that job descriptions accurately record the primary responsibilities, qualifications and terms for each job role in their group. Supervisor plays an important role in the company because they are the one who set the performance standards for tasks, jobs and role of their subordinates. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to conduct production work briefing, prepare daily progress report, coordinate production staff meeting, conduct staff appraisal, coordinate staff training, supervise production activities, administer housekeeping activities and prepare work assignment according to supervisory functions requirements. |
