| Penerangan CU | This competency unit describes the skills, knowledge and attitude requirements in application systems development. The role of application systems developer is to provide an application systems in assisting HR Consultant to deliver Human Resource Consulting services in order to achieve organizational objectives. The person who is competent in application systems development will be able to analyze application systems development concept and requirements, plan application systems development activities, perform application systems development, evaluate application development and prepare application systems development report in accordance with organisational requirement. The outcome of this CU is to meet occupational skills standard which incorporate the skills, knowledge and attitude to be delivered systematically. |
