| Penerangan CU | This competency unit describes the skills, knowledge and attitude requirements in HR data analysis and presentation The role of HR data analysis and presentation personnel is to assist HR Consultant in delivering Human Resource Consulting services in order to achieve organizational objectives. The person who is competent HR data analysis and presentation will be able to analyze data analysis and presentation concept and requirements, plan data analysis and presentation activities, perform data analysis and presentation, evaluate data analysis and presentation performance and prepare data analysis and presentation report in accordance with organisational requirement. The outcome of this CU is to meet occupational skills standard which incorporate the skills, knowledge and attitude to be delivered systematically. |
