Penerangan CU | This competency unit describes the skills, knowledge and attitude requirements in HR Consulting survey. The role of HR Consulting survey personnel is to systematically source and obtain data and all other related information to support HR Consultant in delivering Human Resource Consulting services in order to achieve organizational objectives. The person who is competent in HR Consulting survey will be able to analyze HR Consulting survey concept and requirements, plan HR Consulting survey activities, perform HR Consulting survey, evaluate HR Consulting survey and prepare HR Consulting survey report in accordance with organisational requirement.
