Penerangan CU | This competency unit describes the skills, knowledge and attitude requirements in outsourced salary administration. The role of outsourced salary administration personnel is to ensure clients’ employees receive in return for their contribution to their organization accurately and timely to support HR outsourcing services in order to achieve organizational objectives. The person who is competent in outsourced salary administration will be able to analyze outsourced salary administration concept and requirements, develop outsourced salary administration plan, perform outsourced salary administration, evaluate outsourced salary administration performance and prepare outsourced salary administration report as specified in accordance with organisational requirement. The outcome of this CU is to meet occupational skills standard which incorporate the skills, knowledge and attitude to be delivered systematically. |
