Penerangan CU | This competency unit describes the skills, knowledge and attitude requirements in human resource planning. The role of human resource planner is to perform a continuous process of human resource planning under a changing condition in order to achieve organizational objectives. The person who is compe-tent in human resource planning will be able to manage skills and management inventories, manage HR Planning information bank, perform HR environmental studies and impact analysis, development and perform human resource planning exercise in accordance with organisational requirement. The outcome of this CU is to meet occupational skills standard which incorporate the skills, knowledge and attitude to be delivered systematically. |
