Penerangan CU | This competency unit describes the skills, knowledge and attitude requirements in human resource recruitment management. The role of Human resource recruitment manager is to plan, organize, lead and control all manpower and resources to attract sufficient number of qualified prospects to apply for vacancies in the organization in order to achieve organizational objectives. The person who is competent in human resource recruitment management will be able to manage internal recruitment, manage external recruitment, verify employee requisition, perform recruitment monitoring systems and manage recruitment outsourcing in accordance with organisational requirement. The outcome of this CU is to meet occupational skills standard which incorporate the skills, knowledge and attitude to be delivered systematically. |
