| Penerangan CU | This competency unit describes the skills, knowledge and attitude requirements in human resource hiring & deployment management. The role of human resource hiring & deployment management personnel is to effectively administer hiring & deployment functions in order to achieve organizational objectives. The person who is competent in hiring & deployment management will be able to formulate HR hiring & deployment policy and procedure, manage new employee engagement, manage employee deploy-ment, manage succession development and imple-mentation in accordance with related legislation and organisational requirement. The outcome of this CU is to meet occupational skills standard which incorporate the skills, knowledge and attitude to be delivered systematically. |
