| Penerangan CU | This competency unit describes the skills, knowledge and attitude requirements in contract for labour supply management The role of contract for labour supply management personnel is to manage contract for labour supply which include formulation of policies & procedures, monitoring systems, sourcing of contractor and contract documentations in order to achieve organizational objectives. The person who is com-petent in contract for labour management will be able to formulate Contract for labour policy & procedure, verify manpo-wer requisition justification, verify contract for labour costing, perform Contract for labour supply engagement and source contractor for labour supply in accordance with related labour legislation and orga-nisational requirement. The outcome of this CU is to meet occupational skills standard which incorporate the skills, knowledge and attitude to be delivered systematically. |
