Penerangan CUThis competency unit describes the skills, knowledge and attitude requirements in human resource separation management. The role of human resource separation management personnel is to manage avoidable or unavoidable disengagement of employees in order to achieve organizational objectives.
The person who is competent in human resource separation management will be able to formulate separation policy & procedure, perform unavoidable employment disengagement, carry out employee dismissal, per-form employment termi-nation and manage retrenchment exercise in accordance with related labour legislation and organisational requirement.
The outcome of this CU is to meet occupational skills standard which incorporate the skills, knowledge and attitude to be delivered systematically.
