| Penerangan CU | HR research & development activities is the investigative activities carried out to scientifically discover new knowledge, evidences or facts that can either lead to the development of new working procedures, concepts, facts or product or improvement of the existing working procedures, concepts, facts or products in relation to human resource management related subjects. The personnel who are competent in Human Resource Research & development activities shall be able to objectively discover management dilemma, define research question(s), develop research design, prepare research proposal, conduct research, generate findings and prepare research report. |
