Penerangan CU | This competency unit describes the skills, knowledge and attitude requirements in Foreign employee employment management. The role Foreign employee employment management personnel is to justify, recruit, select and hire the right expatriate or foreign labour for the organization in order to achieve organizational objectives. The person who is competent in Foreign employee employment management will be able to formulate foreign employ-ment policy & procedure verify Foreign employee employment requirement, conduct Foreign employee employment legality verification, manage Employment Pass appli-cation and manage foreign employee entry in accordance with related legislation and organisa-tional requirement.
