Penerangan CUThis competency unit describes the skills, knowledge and attitude requirements in revenue collection administration. The role of revenue collection administrator
is to effectively administer revenue collection functions in order to achieve organizational goals.
The person who is competent in revenue collection administration
will be able to analyze revenue collection concept and requirements plan revenue collection, perform revenue collection, evaluate revenue collection and generate revenue collection report in accordance with organisational requirement.
The outcome of this CU is to meet occupational skills standard which incorporate the skills, knowledge and attitude to be delivered systematically.
