| Penerangan CU | HR research & development assistance is the investigative activities carried out to support the scientific discovery of new knowledge, evidences or facts that can either lead to the development of new working procedures, concepts, facts or product or improvement of the existing working procedures, concepts, facts or products in relation to Human Resource management related subjects. The personal who are competent in Human Resource research & development assistance activities shall have strong statistical and analysis abilities and be able to assist in survey work, tabulate field data, conduct field interview, observation, experiments and all other related data gathering activities to feed the research program as needed. |

| Objektif Pembelajaran | The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to provide excellent Human Resource research & development assistance in a way to ensure the achievement of the organizational mission and vision.
