Penerangan CU | This competency unit describes the skills, knowledge and attitude requirements in consulting office departmental management. The role of HR consulting office department manager is to effectively plan, organize, lead and control all of resources in order to achieve departmental goals. The person who is competent in HR consulting office departmental management will be able to formulate consulting office departmental strategic plan, prepare HR Consulting Office Management budget, lead HR consulting office departmental strategic plan implementation, perform employee performance management, and provide HR Consulting Office Management performance report in accordance with organisa-tional requirement. The outcome of this CU is to meet occupational skills standard which incorporate the skills, knowledge and attitude to be delivered systematically. |
