Penerangan CUThis competency unit describes the skills, knowledge and attitude requirements in business record and document management. The role of business record and document manager is to effectively plan, organize, lead and control all of resources to deliver business record and document management functions in order to achieve departmental goals.
The person who is competent in business record and document management will be able to analyze business record and document management, plan business record and document management, perform business record and document management, evaluate business record and document management, prepare business record and document management report in accordance with organisational requirement.
