Penerangan CU | This competency unit describes the skills, knowledge and attitude requirements in Office facilities and maintenance management. The role of Office facilities and maintenance manager is to effectively plan, organize, lead and control all of resources to deliver office facilities and maintenance management in order to achieve departmental goals. The person who is competent Office facilities and maintenance management will be able to analyze office facilities and maintenance management Plan office facilities and maintenance management, perform office facilities and maintenance management, evaluate office facilities and maintenance management and prepare office facilities and maintenance management periodical report in accordance with organisational requirement.
