| Penerangan CU | This competency unit describes the skills, knowledge and attitude requirements in procurement and materials management. The role of procurement and materials manager is to effectively plan, organize, lead and control all of resources to deliver procurement and materials management functions in order to achieve departmental goals. The person who is competent in procurement and materials management will be able to analyze procurement and materials management concept and requirements, plan procurement and materials management, perform procurement and materials management, evaluate procurement and materials management performance and prepare procurement and materials management periodical report in accordance with organisational requirement. The outcome of this CU is to meet occupational skills standard which incorporate the skills, knowledge and attitude to be delivered systematically. |
